Holly transfers to Gray Elementary, where she finishes elementary school. She plays basketball through the eighth grade for Gray Elementary. |

|
Holly starts high school as a freshman at Daniel Boone High School. She played junior varsity basketball as a freshman and then varsity basketball until the time of her accident. |
|

| 4/1/1994 |
|
|
|
|
Holly begins her first job at Pal's. She enjoyed working with people and talking to Customers. She worked at Pal's until the time of her accident. |
|

| March 11/ 1996 |
|
|
|
|
Holly has a single car accident on the way to school. She overcorrected after dropping her right side wheels off the pavement and struck a tree. She is air lifted by Wings Air Rescue to Johnson City Medical center Hospital, where she remained in critical condition many weeks. She had so much support from her classmates, friends, family, coaches and the entire medical staff. She was hospitalized a total of 9 months, endured many surgeries, and began physical, speech, and occupational rehabilition. |

Holly finally comes home from the hospital after her accident. We have to readjust as a family to care for Holly as she needs around the clock care. We are all so thankful to have her home. |

|
We have Holly a birthday party at Boones Creek Bible Church. Almost the entire Senior class from Daniel Boone attends. |

| 10/1996 |
|
|
|
|
Holly and her entire family join Martindale Baptist Church. Pastor Delbert Storie and the entire Church family supported us tremendously throughout her hospital stay and recovery. |

| 12/1996 |

| 5/27/1997 |

Holly gets to graduate with her senior class even though she has not attended High School since her accident |

Holly begins attending the Daniel Boone Special Education classes to gain further education and abilities. She is especially close to Cathy Dunn, one of the teachers and bus drivers. |

| 5/2001 |
|
|
|
|
Holly begins attending The Crumley House Head Injury Rehabilitation program. She made so many new friends there and thoroughly enjoyed attending their program. She made one very special friend while at the Crumley House, Alton Gernt. |
|

| June 1, 2002 |
|
|
|
|
Holly's Sister, Jaime, gets married today to Kirt Dmytruk. Holly is the maid of honor and also receives a ring. She had so much fun at the reception and danced the night away. She also caught the bouquet. |

| October 1/ 2002 |
|
|
|
|
Holly gets her own apartment at the Crumley House, something she had wanted so badly. Sadly, she only got to enjoy it for 12 days. |
|

| October 3/ 2002 |
|
|
|
|
We are able to give Holly one last birthday party. Little did we know what lay ahead of us. Family, friends, her Pastor, and everyone at the Crumley House attended. She had a great time. |

| October 12/ 2002 |

Holly suffers severe seizures. She is hospitalized, then moved to ICU, where she remained until her death.

| October 21/2002 |
|

|
|
Holly passed away quietly on October 21, 2002 at the age of 23 with her family and loved ones by her side. It broke our hearts and we will never be the same. We are all so thankful she was a part of our lives for 23 years. She will live on forever in our hearts. |

We receive family and friends tonight at Gray Funeral Home. Over 600 people come to pay respects to Holly. She was greatly loved and will be missed so badly. |

Holly is laid to rest inside the Mausoleum Chapel at Washington County Memory Gardens. |

Holly has her first niece and namesake- Holly Brooklyn Dmytruk. I know Holly is so very proud of her baby niece and will be her guardian angel. |
